New opportunities are now available

We are exceptionally proud to be participating in the Government’s Kick Start Scheme. This initiative is designed to support 16–24-year-olds who are at risk of long-term unemployment and who are claiming universal credit.

The government provide funding to support employers for a 6-month placement for each Kickstarter. The company is committed to supporting future talent not only within the placement but to develop skills and experience to build their future careers.

To support this fantastic initiative, we are creating new roles for the scheme across the UK.

This includes bespoke training arrangements to develop automotive skills and general skills to support future employment. In addition to coaching on interview skills, CV writing and job searches.

The opportunities are:

• HR and Recruitment Assistant
• IT Assistant
